Melcheds advises Oakberry on a R$100 million transaction with Moriah Asset.
Once in M&A at Melcheds, led by partner Rodrigo Mello, it advised OAKBERRY and its controllers, in the transaction to sell a minority stake to Moriah Asset, in the amount of R$ 100,000,000.00.
