Luiz Rafael Meyer Mansur has been acting for more than 11 years in tax matters with an emphasis on tax planning and tax consultations on direct and indirect taxes for industries, commerce, service providers, investment funds, foreign companies operating in Brazil, and individuals with relevant assets. He also provides tax consulting and analysis in several M&A transactions for sellers and buyers. He has an MBA in Tax Management, and Specialization in International Taxation, both from FIPECAFI/USP, Specialization in Real Estate Taxation from SECOVI/SP, and graduation from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, in São Paulo (Mackenzie-SP).
