Gustavo has extensive and recognized experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Structured Finance, Private Equity, Investment Funds, Venture Capital, and Project Finance, assisting private, foreign and institutional investors, multinationals, and companies of various sizes on diverse matters. Before joining the firm, he worked as an associate for 10 years in a large law firm in São Paulo, 8 years as an associate and partner in a large law firm in São Paulo, and as a foreign associate in an American law firm in New York.

Gustavo has a strong entrepreneurial and strategic vision, having been involved in operations across a broad range of industries and sectors, particularly in the energy, technology, financial markets, and agribusiness sectors, as well as with international and domestic clients.

Gustavo holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (Insper) and an LL.M. from UC Berkeley, California.
