Fernanda has extensive experience in the corporate area, in M&A transactions of medium and large size, and the day-to-day corporate issues of companies, serving private investors, foreigners, founders, multinationals, and companies of various sizes in various subjects. She has an LLM in Corporate Law from INSPER and an Extension Course in Contracts from the University Extension Center (CEU/SP).
