Carolina Borges Mosmann holds a degree in Law from PUCRS, a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from PUCRS and a Master's degree in Law from the same institution.

She took an extension course in Asset Management at INSPER and a practical course in Mergers and Acquisitions at CPA.

She is the author of the book "A fluid recovery brasileira e o descompromisso com a tutela jurisdicional efetiva: em busca de alternativas", published in 2023 by Editora Thoth.

Her practice focuses on corporate restructuring, including M&A transactions. She has additional experience in the areas of estate and succession planning and corporate litigation.
